A builder who ships, and a leader
who takes teams with him.

From enterprise transformation at EY to founding Milago.ai — I turn ambiguous problems into production software, and the teams to sustain it.

I've spent 16 years across the full arc of building technology — enterprise transformation, AI consulting, product engineering leadership, and finally founding my own AI products from the ground up.

Today I run Milago.ai, an AI meeting-intelligence SaaS I took from zero to a production platform across web, mobile and developer tools. In parallel, as VP of Product Engineering at Mantrika.ai, I led a team of five to ship an end-to-end AI recruitment platform.

Before that, I directed AI consulting engagements at Xarpie Labs across construction, biomedical and enterprise clients — owning problem discovery, solution design, and commercial delivery end to end.

  • Led a 5-engineer team to ship an end-to-end AI recruitment platform that processed 20,000+ resumes; ~40% of AI-flagged fits advanced to later interview rounds.
  • Defined the technical vision, model choices and scoring algorithms: JD–resume matching, an autonomous AI avatar interviewer, real-time interview assist and automated offers.
  • Built the in-house GTM platform with an integrated CRM: campaigns, persona-based email tone, event- and click-triggered drip automation, and funnel analytics.
